1. The swimming pool and the surrounding fenced area is for the exclusive use of the residents. Guests must be accompanied by a resident when this facility is used. Discretion must be exercised by residents with regard to the number of guests, to ensure that the swimming pool area is not monopolised. The Trustees reserve the right to limit the use of this facility by guests.

2.  An adult must exercise proper and effective supervision over children under 12 years of age.

3.  No glass objects or bottles or the use of alcoholic refreshments are allowed in the swimming pool area. Care must be taken that the swimming pool and equipment are not damaged.

4.  No pets, bicycles, motorcycles, tricycles, “go-karts”, skate boards, roller skates, etc.are allowed in the swimming pool area.

5.  The only entrance to the swimming pool area is via the gate which is installed. The gate must at all times be properly closed.

6. No excessive noise may be made in the swimming pool area. Swimming is prohibited on all days between 21h00 and 06h00 and on Sundays also between 13h00 to 16h00.

7.  No ball games are allowed in the swimming pool area.

8.  No “braai” of any nature whatsoever may be held in the swimming pool area. (Fire is prohibited).

9.  Residents and visitors moving about on the common property do so at their own risk.
